Estimates are based on information provided by the client and a site visit when applicable.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Final project costs may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment, if the scope changes, or if material prices fluctuate significantly.
All estimates are provided in writing. Verbal estimates are for discussion purposes only and do not constitute a binding agreement.

4. Contracts and Payments

Project work begins upon signed written agreement and receipt of deposit:

A deposit is typically required to secure project scheduling. The deposit amount will be specified in your written contract.
Payment schedules are outlined in the project contract.
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards unless otherwise agreed.
Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate allowed by Maryland law.

5. Scheduling and Delays

We strive to begin work on the scheduled date. However, start dates may be affected by:

Weather conditions, including rain, snow, or extreme temperatures
Permit approval delays from Baltimore County or Harford County authorities
Material delivery delays from suppliers
Previously scheduled projects requiring additional time

We will communicate any schedule changes as promptly as possible.

6. Warranties

A.R. Curb Appeal LLC stands behind our work:

Workmanship Warranty: We provide a workmanship warranty on installation labor. Specific terms are detailed in your project contract.
Manufacturer Warranties: Hardscape materials (pavers, retaining wall blocks, etc.) carry manufacturer warranties. We pass these warranties on to you and assist with any manufacturer claims.
Natural stone and organic materials (plants, sod) are subject to natural variation and environmental conditions beyond our control.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by third parties.

7. Permits and Regulations

A.R. Curb Appeal LLC will coordinate permit applications when required by Baltimore County, Harford County, or local municipal authorities. The client is responsible for:

Ensuring their property is not subject to HOA restrictions that would prohibit the planned work
Obtaining HOA approval when applicable
Providing accurate property boundary information

Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate unless otherwise noted.

8. Property Access and Safety

By engaging our services, you grant A.R. Curb Appeal LLC and our crew access to your property during the agreed project timeframe. You agree to:

Keep pets and children away from active work areas
Remove or secure valuable items near work zones
Mark underground utilities or provide utility location information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, A.R. Curb Appeal LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of A.R. Curb Appeal LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
